About This Site

Before I talk about what I expect this site to be, let me tell you what it isn't. It isn't a blog. I'm not going to post on some kind of schedule. I'll write when I have something to say, and I'll post it when I'm good and ready. This site will likely not be suitable for all ages. I'm passionate, and sometimes that comes out as foul language. If you don't like that, don't read it. This site won't have a comment section. I'm not trying to have open conversations about this stuff in public. I'll talk with you all you like. But not here. I have an email account for that.

Now for what it will be, or at least might be.

I'm creating this site because I spend a lot of time in my own head mulling things over after I read, hear, or talk about them. Sometimes it might be a book I've read (or listened to, I do a lot of that). Maybe it will be the ongoing challenge of parenting. Maybe politics, maybe music, TV, a movie, a chat with a friend, I don't know. If its kicking around in my skull, and I think writing about it will be good for me I'll do it.

That really sums it up. This site is a place for me to write about my thoughts and the processing thereof. I'm basically talking to myself, I just happen to do it at a keyboard, and I happen to publish it. If you like it, thats cool.
